For my final project at University of Michigan, I'm creating a 32- page, 1000- word children's picture book. The book will focus around themes of exploration, the importance of imagination, and remembering your responsibilities.
I made all of the illustrations with brown ink and watercolor, printed them onto Rives BFK paper, and I am currently in the process of embroidering into the pages themselves.
These are a few of my process pictures.
These illustrations were part of my work this summer for Pounds Medical Weight Loss Transformation Center, or Pounds.
I worked as the company's primary graphic designer and illustrator, accompanying all of my page layouts with my own illustrations.
Some of the projects I have completed include redoing their "Welcome Booklet" (an 18 page project), and working on decorating their two offices.
All of these illustrations were completed with a black ink pen and watercolor, I then scanned them into my computer and cropped them with Photoshop.
T-SHIRTS & PRINTS
The first three images are t-shirt designs I created that will be sold in a small shop called "Christina's" in Watch Hill, Rhode Island in the summer of 2018.
I created the Ann Arbor/48104 images to be sold as prints.
The last four are monogram designs that I created as gifts for my friends. I have continued to sell customizable monograms to family/friends.
Ann Arbor Graphic
This is a collection of illustration work that I have created within the last two years for clients' dorm rooms, a yoga studio's wall, a writing blog (www.twowritingteachers.org), an illustration class, and for various clients.
GRAPHIC DESIGN WORK
This is a collection of graphic design work that I've done over the last four years.
I made the first image for Alpha Delta Pi, a sorority at University of Michigan, on Illustrator/Indesign, creating my own type.
I created the “Jennifer Koh” poster for my Typography class.
The next three files is a 3-page document I created for Alisha Greenberg and Kathy Babiak to present to new clients.
MSCG is the Michigan Sports Consulting Group. This is the logo I created for them.
The work for the made-up companies "The Yoga Barn" and "Boxwoods" is spec work I made on my own time.
I created "Jazz night" for an event at The United Theater, where I interned one summer.
The final examples are two business cards I created on Indesign.

During my time at SACI in Florence, Italy, my graphic design and illustration classes were able to form a partnership with the Bargello Musei, a group of five museums in Florence.
Working with the museum curators, we each re-created our own version of the Bargello Musei brochure and came up with artifacts to sell in the museum gift shop- I created a set of postcards.
The fine arts have been a huge part of my time at University of Michigan, and are definitely the reason that I was able to move so seamlessly into illustration.
I have always been obsessed with the human figure, and have taken multiple figure drawing and figure painting classes during my four years here.
I created the paintings on rocks and driftwood for clients over past two summers.
