Today has been a day of waiting.
In case you haven’t heard, parts of Colorado are supposed to get 2-3 feet of snow today until tomorrow. In preparation, I braved the over-packed grocery store yesterday, we took Roscoe (the dog) for a long walk this morning in an effort to beat the storm, and I canceled any outside-of-the-house plans in exchange for a Marvel movie marathon.
All day, I’ve been waiting. First they said the snow would start on Friday, but it stayed clear. Then they said all day Saturday, but so far there’s less than an inch. Will it ever come? Or am I getting the gift of not needing to un-bury my car?
I’m more than ready for spring & for Roscoe to not be quite so muddy post-walks, so my fingers are crossed for the latter.
